I'm Sanjana, an APHL-CDC postdoctoral fellow at the Wadsworth Center. I am a bioinformatician specialized in bacterial genomics.

I completed my dissertation in Dr. Maha Farhat's lab at Harvard Medical School on clinical implications of genomic variation in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Before graduate school, I studied bioengineering at Caltech. LinkedIn GitHub
